All moves must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance and must be completed Monday through Friday from 9 AM TO FINISHED BY 4 PM. Very limited weekend move scheduling & $150 additional fee for a night (After 4PM) or weekend move. Call Annie Christman at 404-892-7400 to schedule your move. We will arrange for gates to be opened, elevators to be padded, doors unlocked and direction on elevator use.

• There is a non-refundable $150 move-in fee prior to moving in. Week night (after 4pm) and weekend moves require an extra $150 fee. Check should be made payable to: Peachtree Walk Condos and presented to property manager prior to move.

• New owners and renters MUST complete a Resident Information Form (locate form in E-Docs on this website) and ensure that it is filed with Annie Christman in the Management Office.
