GRANTING ACCESS TO OUR BUILDINGS IS SOMETHING WE TAKE VERY SERIOUSLY.

Treat your access devices and parking sticker as you would your driver’s license.

Access Devices

  • All gates require an access device or windshield reader strip for entrance. New owners should receive access devices, parking stickers and a copy of the condominium documents from the previous owner at closing.  

  • If your access device is malfunctioning, click here: kyoung@teammgt.com Include your name, unit number, telephone number and malfunctioning device number.   Note that there is a charge of $40 to replace an access device.

  • Access Cards & key fobs are also available for purchase.  See management for current device options including cards and fobs.  All are $40 each)

Parking Stickers:

  • This is a reminder of our parking policies and procedures to ensure smooth parking operations within our community.

    Parking Stickers:
    To park in the resident parking decks or the lobby parking area, you must display a current parking sticker on the back passenger side of your rear windshield. Guest parking is strictly limited to the upper GUEST DECK only.
    New residents must ensure they obtain the current year parking stickers from the previous owner, tenant, or, if necessary, the Peachtree Walk Management Office.

    Strict Enforcement of Parking Policy:
    Peachtree Walk strictly enforces the parking policy. Vehicles not displaying a current parking sticker or improperly parked will be booted or towed at the owner’s expense.

    Resident Information Sheet:
    New residents must complete the annual Resident Information Sheet in January and either email it to kyoung@teammgt.com or drop it off at the management office. Once we receive your updated information, your name and contact number will be added to the call-box directory for visitor access.

    Parking Stickers Allocation:

    • One-bedroom units receive one resident parking sticker.

    • Two-bedroom units receive two resident parking stickers.
      Resident parking stickers are renewed annually, and we require an updated Resident Information Sheet to be submitted each January.

    For New Homeowners or Renters:

    • If you purchase a home at Peachtree Walk, parking stickers and access cards should be conveyed at closing.

    • If you rent, please ensure your landlord provides you with parking stickers and access cards before your move-in.

    Sticker Replacements:
    If you return the used stickers from a previous tenant or owner, we will replace them at no charge. However, if you need a replacement sticker, the cost is $50 each, and the lost sticker will be added to our boot list. Please refrain from using the lost sticker if it is found later.
